Event Registration Fees:
Registration fees are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payment or event cancellation by the organizers.
Merchandise:
Refunds or replacements are permitted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
No Refunds:
No refunds will be provided for incorrect size selection, used items, customized merchandise, or change of mind.
6.2 Refund and Return Process

- Requests must include order ID, product images, and issue details.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
